The Department of Business Administration and Research was established as the first Post-Graduate Department of Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering in the year 1994 to impart two year full time Post-Graduate Degree Course of Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with prior approval from All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliation to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra to meet the need for management education in rural India.
